Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions
What is wellness?
Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential. It is positive, affirmative and holistic, encompassing your lifestyle, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. As human beings we are constantly changing and adapting to new sets of circumstances. Wellness is a way of life that helps us stay aware of the changes and make positive changes so that we can stay as balanced and open as possible to make the best decisions.
According to Forbes Magazine in 2017, consumers are placing more value on health and wellness than on material objects these days, and the definition of health and wellness has evolved. The phrase no longer refers simply to a lack of illness and disease, but to a more holistic state of being, where one’s mental, physical and emotional health are in sync.
